Truro meeting rooms for hire

A purpose-built training facility in Truro. 

Truro Samaritans are proud to offer hire of their training facility to charities,  not- for profit and public sector organisations. Conveniently situated on Treyew Road (opposite Lidl), with on-site parking this venue has been designed from the ground-up to best support our community.  

• Main training room with 30 chairs (with integrated writing tablets)

• Breakout room with conference table seating 8

• Smartboard or TV in each room (Iiyama interactive smart screen connected to via laptop or wifi)

• Fully accessible with level access

• Fully accessible 'Space to Change' toilet facilities including lift and hoist

• Loop system for hearing-aid users

• Kitchen area with microwave, fridge and dishwasher

• Air-conditioning and heating

• High-speed fibre broadband

• Outdoor area designed for us by Chelsea gold medal winning Darren Hawkes

• Parking for 3 cars including disabled access

• Electric car charging available

Available to book online. The training room is primarily available for rent by other organisations for non-business use (not-for-profit) and for their charitable purpose. If you are in any doubt, please email us and we will ensure you fit the criteria set by our major benefactor. However, for one session a week the training room can be used for any purpose, please do not hesitate to enquire even if you are not using for charitable purpose,  and we will see if we can assist.
